Who am I?

I love being outdoors. If it involves mountains, wheels, snow, or a little bit of risk, chances are I’m into it. Rock climbing keeps me humble, mountain biking keeps me bruised, and ski mountaineering makes me wonder why I ever skied in the resorts. When the snow melts, you’ll find me road biking to keep my sanity or begrudgingly strapping on a backpack for a few nights under the stars. And when the rain comes, I’ll happily trade mountains for the ocean and disappear underwater with a scuba tank.

Adventure is what drives me, but I enjoy it best with my loved ones. I believe in being authentic, laughing at myself (often), making genuine apologies when I fall short, and pushing just far enough past my comfort zone to come back with a good story. At the end of the day, whether I’m climbing, riding, sliding, diving, or hiking, I’m chasing the same thing: a little bit of self-improvement, a lot of fresh air, and the kind of moments that keep my mind in the present.

Professionally, I’m building a career in IT and cybersecurity where I can put my technical foundation and problem-solving mindset to work in supporting people and organizations. I’m motivated by challenges that require both adaptability and persistence, and I see every project as an opportunity to grow. Just as I push myself in the outdoors, I approach my career with the same values of adventure, authenticity, and self-improvement. My goal is to keep developing into a professional who not only builds secure and reliable systems, but also supports those around me and contributes to something bigger than myself.
